Platform GTM Strategy

Austen worked cross-functionally with executive leadership, product, and strategy teams to drive a wide range of end-to-end marketing initiatives that would help bring the Autodesk Platform to market over the next 10 years. This included developing annual and quarterly marketing campaign plans to support specific platform marketing goals over time.

Compelling Storytelling

Austen created in-depth customer success stories with partners like Toshiba to enable Sales teams with the ability to articulate the value of the Autodesk platform to customers in a clear manner. This included developing brand new content for integration across existing campaigns and events, and building scalable, best-in-class platform marketing programs per vertical.

Platform Narrative

Austen was responsible for developing targeted platform messaging across customer verticals in ways that would build buy-in despite differences in technical advancement (ex: construction vs media + entertainment). This included driving buy-in and alignment with industry and thought leadership teams to integrate platform messaging across the portfolio.

Competitive Analysis

Austen led competitive analysis efforts to identify new customer personas, assess TAM, and highlight various differentiators which made Autodesk solutions best-in-class for enterprise businesses with distributed teams (ex: cloud transformation, product interoperability, remote collaboration tools, etc.).
